For any online purchase, you may return new, non-damaged items sold and fulfilled within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You can cancel your order for any item, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. In this instance, you can return the item for a refund.
All of our custom manufactured designs are non-refundable as each piece is individually created specifically for you. However, we can offer a store credit and work with you to ensure your one of a kind piece is exactly to your liking. Our goal is to provide you with the item of your dreams and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY!
