Please make an appointment, and we'll size your finger and confirm that the ring is safe to alter. The process typically takes 48-72 hours. We are not currently servicing rings not purchased from Ethan Lord.

Do you do appraisals?

No. We suggest working with an independent company for an unbiased appraisal. One we recommend is Chicago Gem Lab, and they are located in the same building.
