We use safe shipping methods and box/unbox all shipments under camera, for your security. Free shipping by FedEx or USPS on online orders within the lower 48 contiguous continental states. Contact us for Alaska and Hawaii orders. 

For engaegment rings and custom orders, please check with your consultant. Insured rates vary by location and product, and we strive to keep your costs as low as possible.

Returns

Ethan Lord is excited to work with you and strives to ensure your expectations are met and exceeded.

For any online purchase, you may return new, non-damaged items sold and fulfilled within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You can cancel your order for any item, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. In this instance, you can return the item for a refund.

All of our custom manufactured designs are non-refundable as each piece is individually created specifically for you. However, we can offer a store credit and work with you to ensure your one of a kind piece is exactly to your liking. Our goal is to provide you with the item of your dreams and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY!
