Ethan Lord Jewelers, along with the global diamond community, has a zero tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds and gemstones. We only purchase loose stones through the largest and most respected vendors that adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberly Process. The Kimberly process tracks diamonds from mine to market and these policies are in place to prevent any illegal trading. Ethan Lord strongly adheres to this policy and will not continue relationships with those found in violation.

All of our diamonds are independently certified by the most respected grading laboratories such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the American Gemological Institute (AGS) and the European Gemological Laboratory (EGL). Certifications from these three esteemed laboratories ensure that you receive an accurate representation of your diamond to receive the best value. In addition to certifying all of our diamonds, we also have proprietary technology at Ethan Lord where you can receive Light Behavior grading of your stone which includes an evaluation of Brilliance, Sparkle and Intensity. Since we custom manufacture all of our own jewelry on-site, we provide lifetime maintenance on every piece that we create. This includes cleaning, polishing, resizing, and stone tightening. In addition to those services, we also provide minor repairs and replace small stones that may be set in your engagement ring or wedding band. Not only will this ensure your piece is maintained for life, but gives you the comfort that it can be worn with confidence.

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). In addition, we offer a 12 month zero interest financing option with Wells Fargo for your convenience. Please contact us if you have additional questions about the financing plan.

Ethan Lord is excited to work with you and strives to ensure your expectations are met or exceeded. For any online purchase, you may return new, non-damaged items sold and fulfilled within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You can cancel your order for any item, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. In this instance, you can return the item for a refund. All of our custom designs are non-refundable as each piece is individually created specifically for you. However, we can offer a store credit and work with you to ensure your one of a kind piece is exactly to your liking. Our goal is to provide you with the item of your dreams and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness.
